Join a Dynamic Team: Volunteer to be on the 2024 AHPA Board of Directors

As part of the usual turnover of board members who have completed their commitment to the association, AHPA is currently seeking nominations for four board positions. We are looking for members in good standing who are keen and who value the importance of a strong national association of arthritis health care providers, researchers, students, and trainees.

Open Board Positions

President-Elect (1-Year Position) – Responsible for: Learning how AHPA functions so as to seamlessly succeed to the presidency in the following year, followed by a year as Past President - in total, a 3 year commitment. During the President’s absence or her/his inability to act, the powers and duties of the President may be taken on by the President-Elect or Past President Oversees the Research Chair and the Professional & Career Development Chair

Nomination Process

Current members of AHPA can nominate themselves or another AHPA member. If the latter, the member being nominated must agree to have their name put forward.
